
Basic dog training canine certificate program
for dogs six months and older
takes approximately 12 weeks. In order to receive the certificate,
clients need to pass a test given here modeled after the AKC Novice Companion
Dog test.
Exercises that are covered in this are attention, loose leash walking, heel,
sit, down, stay, recall, stand, and place. Client's must pass test
given by instructor in order to earn a certificate of completion of Mannerly
Mutts basic training course.

and fast pace. Auto sits are also required. (you really do need to
know both, even though they look exactly the same, communication becomes
different to the dog, though off leash may be taught in an advanced class if the
e-collar is not the tool of choice, depending on the skill level and commitment
level of owner/handler):
